Hi Jack. I just watched you on this (great) clip and a I also taped the whole show. I think you did a FANTASTIC job! I don’t think I would have been as composed and articulate as you managed to be if Rachael walked into my book signing! Then you were also great on her show. You have a big future in the cooking industry my little friend. I love the cook book you signed for me and I’m sure a lot of other cooks out there do, as well. Just keep up all the good work you are doing! You should be very very proud and I’m certain your mom, dad and brother are proud of you. Keep posting stuff. I love seeing it all. I pray for you all very often.

We never watch TV in the morning, and never watched Rachel Ray before, but we made sure to catch your appearance on the show yesterday. You are the real deal Jack. You can hold your own with a national TV host, you obviously know your way around the kitchen, and you are so poised in front of the camera. We’re so proud of you.
